These are a few examples of the UX content strategy projects I worked on, creating AI chatbot exercises to improve trial conversion rates, re-building checkout flows for purchasing products to increase conversions & reduce errors, as well as testing entirely new marketing and product page concepts that then became the template for all product pages.

Creating an IBM Watson Assistant (AI) Chatbot Interactive Exercise

I wrote and built an interactive Watson Assistant (AI) exercise alongside UX designers, researchers, and developers. So far, it's increased trial conversions 95%, aids in onboarding, and allows users to build a chatbot in three simple steps. This was built as a result of low trial signups and user frustration. Users interested in this product are non-technical and struggled to understand the concepts needed to build a chatbot. This exercise clearly and concisely explains the concepts with a relatable scenario and walks users through three easy steps, which results in a chatbot!

Re-building Virtual Servers content approach, marketing & product pages, which became the template for all product pages across IBM.com
Virtual Servers was a high-profile product for IBM; however, the digital experience fell short. Users couldn't differentiate the various servers; they were driven off the page via 20+ links, and the value wasn't clear.
So, I thoroughly researched the product, conducted page performance and heat map analysis, and conducted SEO and user research. Then, I developed new content strategies, user flows, IA, topics, page types, content, voice, and tone and launched A/B tests.
The new pages drove a 54.5% revenue increase and became the basis for product webpage templates to be used across all of IBM.com.

I led UX Content strategy on the IBM.com Marketplace Commerce Platform (where people buy IBM products online), including completely overhauling the checkout flow, which was redesigned with all-new content to improve the overall product experience and increase conversion rates.
